The Overlay Process

Here’s what happens:

  1. We inspect your roof from underneath and on top. Check the structure, existing roof condition, and whether overlay is suitable.
  2. We’ll give you a detailed quote covering all materials and installation.
  3. We prepare the existing roof surface, install battens and support as needed.
  4. We install the Gerard CF tiles with proper flashings, ridges and all finishing details installed correctly.
  5. Most overlay jobs take less time than a full replacement. Your home stays protected throughout.
  6. We do final quality checks to make sure everything’s installed properly.
